St Patrick's Teaching School - Initial Teacher Training
NPQML is aimed at individuals with responsibility for leading a team, including leaders of key stage, subject, curriculum, heads of department and pastoral leaders. This includes those who are, or are aspiring to be, a middle leader with cross-school responsibilities, e.g. a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE).
The Teaching and Learning Programme is facilitated by an experienced school leader and who is also an experienced SLE. It is designed for all school staff who want to improve and develop their own teaching practice by reflecting on existing strategies that are working well and building on what could be even better. It provides opportunities to deepen understanding of high quality classroom practice and teaching and learning. By attending this programme you will gain expert support for change and help to make a lasting difference to teaching and learning.
Due to COVID we have changed our Securing Progress CPD into Interactive, Pre-recorded Webinars. Available in Maths, English, Science, MFL, History and Geography.
